The villa is notable for being very well constructed and for being within a unique location - a gorgeous area that has stunning views. However, the nearby village of Salem is only ten minutes drive away and here there is a welcoming community, a bar, pharmacy and shop. 15 minutes drive away is the small town of Castello de Rugat and here there are lots of shops, a supermarket, banks and all the services that you need for day to day living.
Gandia (80,000 people) is some 35 minutes drive away and there you will find superb, Blue Flagged beaches and all the amenities you could possibly need. Historic Xativa is around 25 minutes drive from the villa and Valencia City (and its international airport) is around an hour's drive away.
